Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates and delivery times
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

Shipping address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@zachary-living.shop.

Delays
Delays can occasionally occur because of carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will gladly help you track your package if it is late.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@zachary-living.shop and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Customs, duties, and taxes
If your order is shipped to a location where duties or taxes apply, the customer is responsible for those charges.
